Allahabad bank released the results of clerk recruitment, notified in the month of February 2011.The process was to fill up 1100 clerk vacancies in various branches of the bank.

Selection: The written test of Allahabad bank`s clerk recruitment was held on

May 8, 2011 at 25 centres across India.Although candidates have to pass each paper, the average should be minimum 40% to be considered for Interview process.The questions were of objective type & based on 1) Reasoning 2) Numerical ability 3) English language 4) Clerical aptitude 5) Computer knowledge.

STIPEND AND AGE LIMIIT

Engineer Trainees	Rs. 20600/- in the training period and will be absorbed as Engineer in the scale of pay of Rs.24900-50500/-,	Age : 27 years and 29 years for PG in Engineering
Supervisor Trainees (Engineering)	During training  Rs.12300/- will be paid, will be absorbed in the Pay Scale Rs.12400-30500.	27 years

SELECTION PROCEDURE

Selection process will consist of Written Test and Personal Interview.  All eligible candidates will be invited for written test at their own expense. The Written Test papers will be objective type in nature and will be bilingual i.e. in Hindi & English. Thereafter, the candidates will be called for personal interview in the ratio of 1:3 to the no. of vacancies in order of merit of Written Test Marks.

HOW TO APPLY

Apply Online at BHEL website only upto 20/08/2011. After submitting the application online, download two copies of the acknowledgment slip. Keep one copy of acknowledgement slip and send Another copy of Acknowledgement Slip, duly signed with recent photograph pasted on the slip along with payment copy and certificates, send to the designated addresses on or before 24/08/2011 (31/08/2011 for the candidates from far-flung areas) :
